Edward N. Martin is Co-chair and Professor of Philosophy and Theology at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. His scholarly interests include metaphysics, philosophy of religion, and history of modern philosophy, and more popular interests include classical guitars, all authors whose name starts with "Clive Staples," and Purdue Boilermaker sports. He has published several articles and reviews in scholarly journals, including Sorites, International Journal for Philosophy of Religion, and Global Journal of Classical Theology. He has contributed articles to such publications as Tough Minded Christianity: Festschrift for John Warwick Montgomery (ed. by William Dempski and Thomas Schirrmacher, Broadman & Holman, 2009), The New Dictionary of Christian Apologetics (ed. by Campbell Campbell-Jack and Gavin J. McGrath, InterVarsity, 2006), and The Encyclopedia of Christian Civilization (ed. George Kurian, Wiley-Blackwell [forthcoming]). He lives in Lynchburg with his wife, daughter and son, and their two Siamese friends.
