Dr. Jonathan Loose is presently Research Associate at the School of Advanced Study, University of London and at the Margaret Beaufort Institute of Theology, Cambridge. Until its closure in 2018, Jon was Senior Lecturer in Philosophy and Psychology at Heythrop College, University of London. He received his PhD in cognitive sciences from University of Exeter and has studied theology and philosophy of religion at both the University of Oxford and the London School of Theology. Recent publications include contributing to and co-editing the Blackwell Companion to Substance Dualism with Angus J.L. Menuge and J.P. Moreland (2018), articles in European Journal of Philosophy of Religion and Philosophia Christi, as well as book chapters including contributions to The Naturalness of Belief: New Essays on Theism’s Reasonability, eds. Paul Copan and Charles Taliaferro (Lexington Books, 2018).
